The location was perfect, as it was close to the center and within walking distance of the main square and the seawall. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions I had. The breakfast offered a delicious spread with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Our room was well-maintained and the bed was large and comfortable. the location of the hotel was excellent, with Istiklal Caddesi and Taxim square just a short walk away. Despite the steep stairs leading to the hotel, the convenience of the surrounding area made up for it. We were also pleased with the helpfulness of Mr Emre, who provided great service.

The hotel is located in a very good area, quite near Taksim center and really close to all transports. However, the inclined steep slope might not be suitable for kids or elderliers. The rooms are clean, and the beds are huge and comfy. The staff, especially Mr Emre, have a good attitude. The breakfast is plain, but there are options like cheese, honey, and boiled eggs. The hotel is close to Istiklal Caddesi and Taxim square, just a 10-minute walk away.
The receptionists are not professional in terms of greeting or welcoming.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say I was impressed. The location down a hill provides a stunning view and adds a touch of tranquility. The service was top-notch, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room amenities were exceptional, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The spacious room featured a comfortable sitting area and a dining table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The modern bathroom was stocked with complimentary toiletries and even had a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. the room had everything I needed and more.
In terms of recommendations for friends, I would highly suggest considering this place for your next getaway. The location is superb, the staff are attentive and friendly, and the room amenities are top-notch.
